Relevant especially in this current climate of stress and disease exposure, the Ayurvedic lifestyle is one that builds the strength and resilience to withstand difficult challenges.
Join Ayurvedic Health Counselor Valerie for a discussion about the underlying philosophy behind Ayurveda, and how basic Ayurvedic principles can serve as a guide for healthy, balanced eating. In this talk we will cover:

About the presenter: Valerie Hwang is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor based in Long Beach, CA. In addition to health counseling and teaching, she has studied Ayurvedic Nutrition and Culinary Education under Bhagavat Life by Divya Alter and greatly enjoys applying Ayurvedic wisdom to cooking and eating for balance and health. Eating healthy can be deeply nourishing and delicious!
